I’ve been wondering why I haven’t been able to get anyone from Dialog to do an interview on “the future of Dialog”…it’s being acquired by ProQuest!

If Merrills 20% of Bloomberg is worth 6 billion then Thomson is worth much more than it is trading for at the moment. Thomsons Reuters PLC stock is now over 80 owned by 9 banks Thomson Corp. and Woodbridge, not much of the float left for the little guy. In the case of Thomson Reuters Corp, the big guys are buying and keeping the price low. Even Merrill who has his Bloomberg for sale has been buying like crazy. The big guys helped Thomson Eat Reuters now it’s pay back time, keep the stock price low and eat the little guys, people sell cheap on fear. As for asset sales, all overlap re- Reuters takeover and non core stuff is on the block.
